Anettes barn
Welcome out to us at Anette’s Barn! Here you will find everything from flowers and pots to soil, ice cream, drinks and fresh vegetables. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with something for all the senses.
Stegsholms farm
The café and farm restaurant are located directly adjacent to the farm. Here you can easily relax among the farm’s animals, in the middle of Gålös in Stockholm’s archipelago with fantastic nature and close to beautiful walking trails and paths. In our café, you always enjoy home-baked and freshly baked buns, cakes, pies, cookies and sandwiches – naturally baked with milk from the farm’s cows and real butter.

In the Gärsarnas museum, we try to recreate living conditions at Morarna 100 years ago.
Day trip to Utö
There is a lot to do on Utö, whether you want to explore nature, relax on the beach or try various water sports. You can rent bikes or take a walk along the beautiful coastline. There is also the opportunity to go on boat trips and discover the archipelago or try various water sports such as paddling and diving. If you are interested in culture and history, you can visit the Utö Mining Museum and learn more about the island’s rich history.
Visit Dalarö
Dalarö is a well-preserved archipelago gem by the sea with winding streets, alleys and villas with carpentry joy in the Swiss spirit. Here there is a lot of archipelago history, small shops, a bakery and a museum to visit.
Dalarö Kayak
Visit Dalarö Kajak in Stockholm’s southern archipelago to rent or buy a kayak. Experience both calm waters and the scenic outer archipelago with proximity to Kymendö, Fjärdlång, Huvudskär and more. Paddle to remote locations, experience nature and bird life up close, and maybe you’ll see a sea eagle or seal!
Kolmilan
Gålö Gärsar’s local history association has a tradition of building a charcoal briquette every two years. It is an old tradition that has been revived.
Location:
The charcoal briquette is built at Noors Täppa on Gålö.
Process:
It takes about 45 cubic meters of birch wood to build the charcoal briquette.
After the charcoal briquette has burned completely, which takes about nine days, there will be about 15 cubic meters of charcoal.
The work with the charcoal briquette is carefully monitored throughout the process.
Events:
The lighting of the charcoal briquette is a popular event that attracts many visitors.
The charcoal briquette is often inaugurated by a famous person, such as the county governor.
Each charcoal briquette is given a name.

Campingweekend i tält
Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, fräscha servicehus. Bonus för musikquizen i bistron på kvällen, som även serverade en god buffet. Vacker och avkopplande miljö, 45 min från stan. Hit kan man komma åter och campa med kort varsel!

Vi spenderade två dagar på Gålö på konferens i extrem värme, men vi hade en riktigt bra upplevelse! Jättefina vandringsleder och omgivningar, god mat och trevligt boende 👌

Var där på klassresa med sonens klass. Luxuöst, Lugnt och tyst. Stugorna vi hyrde var väldigt fräscha och utrustade med allt man behövde. Känslan av att här vill jag stanna, när man steg in i stugorna var påtaglig. Suveränt.
